We can provide you with a comprehensive quotation detailing all elements of the build, and can include all finishes if required, right down to the interior design and landscaping.

With our own in-house services contractors, all the costly and complicated elements of the build, including the heating, plumbing and electrical services, can be appropriately evolved, designed to current regulations/building control and costed.

All our builds will be provided with a ten year NHBC guarantee if required. This gives you peace of mind, and is also a very useful marketing tool for any future sale.

A cost plan and programme will be issued prior to project commencement, this will enable you to budget your finances throughout the build.
